Well, you need a phone capable of running the DogRadar adventure game in browser mode, but we can’t help you there. After that, you can purchase a voucher code for the adventure game. Each code can only be activated on one device, but that doesn’t mean that only one person can play. Invite your friends along, and just share the puzzles and clues with all of them the old-fashioned way (i.e. talking).
Nope. Everything you need comes through the app. So whatever happens out there is between you, your doggie, your phone, and your conscience. Make good choices!
Currently you don’t have to download anything. You can run the game in your phone’s browser mode.
As long as your chosen park is open, the game can be played anytime -- no reservations needed. After you received the confirmation e-mail, just type in the booking/coupon code to get started. No rush either; once you start the game, it’s good for 30 days after activation.
Just like any day at the park, plan accordingly. Check out your watch and the weather forecast before starting the game. Most of the game works just fine in bad weather or darkness, but it may not be as enjoyable for you to play in either.
Time isn’t really measured during the game, so you can accomplish the tasks at your own pace. The plot is designed to take about 60-90 minutes. During that time, plan to walk about 2-3 miles.
There isn’t really one. You can play with however many you like. It can just be you and your dog, or a whole squad of pet- and puzzle-loving enthusiasts. The ideal number of players is probably 2 or 3 though. Remember … the adventure game is a great dating possibility.
Nope. As long as you can read and count, you can have fun with the game. But children should be properly supervised in the park anyways.
All you need for your adventure is your smartphone with a stable internet service.
PRO TIP: Charge your phone before playing.
Also, most parks require dogs to be on a leash, so make sure to follow any and all local regulations. Beyond that, we highly recommend bringing some treats along with you, for doggie motivation.
It’s certainly possible, but what’s the fun in that? You may get stuck at some point during the game. But we’ve provided a series of in-game hints to help you along. All you need to do is press the “?” button. If you happen to get it wrong, the app will provide you with the correct answer so you can move on to the next puzzle.
Help every dog live their bloodhound dreams! Rely on your own detective skills, not your Googling skills.
Absolutely! Some of the puzzles may be a little harder without a pet companion, but most of the game plot is pretty fun only for people.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or any other circumstance. Make sure to check out the park before you start the game to avoid any conflicts that may prevent you from enjoying the game.
Make sure to check out the park policies before playing the game. Some parks might charge an entrance fee or a fee for parking. The cost of the DogRadar adventure game does NOT include any of these extra expenses.
Most of the starting points for the adventure game are located next to a recommended parking lot. Likewise, most of them end around the same area too, so you will finish the game close to your car. But you may need to do a little homework to make sure you find a good spot.
